Flat Bands

The pilates band set comes with three bands of varying tension levels.Kim Lyons showcased the Aylio flat resistance bands on hit show 'The Doctors'.You can perform shoulder exercises at home with pilates bands.The stretch bands allow for triceps exercises by using the anchor.The flat bands allow for users to perform bicep curls.The anchor attaches to the top, side, or bottom of most doors to perform dozens of exercises.The anchor secures very firmly to doors to use the physical therapy band set safely and efficiently.
