I am 71 years old and have exer­cised all my life. I have used free-weights, Bowflex, and other appa­ra­tus. I decided to try these Aylio exer­cise bands as pos­si­bly more suited to my age. I have used the bands now for two weeks and I am pleased to say that they are ideal for con­trolled resis­tance exer­cise. It is unlikely that the sen­si­ble use of these bands would invite strain injuries, such as one might suf­fer with free weights, for exam­ple. I was impressed enough to pur­chase the addi­tional 40 pound band to com­plete the set. For any­one, of any age, who wishes to have an excel­lent, reg­u­lar, and safe exer­cise pro­gram with­out the need of any indoor space ded­i­ca­tion, these bands are ideal. Of course, time will tell how well the bands and their con­nec­tions last.
